Who we are
MotorAI LLC ("MotorAI", "we", "us") builds AI systems for businesses. This policy covers motorai.tech and the free call application on it.
What we collect
- What you type into the application form: your name, email, phone number, monthly revenue range, what your business does and your biggest bottleneck.
- How you found us: ad tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source or fbclid), kept in your browser for that visit and sent with your application.
- Basic site activity: pages viewed and whether you submitted the form, plus the technical details every browser sends (IP address, browser type).
How we use it
- To review your application, contact you and set up your call.
- To follow up by email, phone or text about your application, which you agree to when you submit the form.
- To measure which ads bring in applications and to show our ads to people more likely to be a fit.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit an application, we may send Meta an event that includes your email, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled, one-way) form, along with your IP address, browser type and Meta cookie identifiers. Meta uses this to match the event to its users and report ad results. Meta's use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser.
Who else handles your data
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our outreach: our form processor (Formspree), our hosting provider (Vercel), Meta as described above, and the email, phone and scheduling tools we use to contact you. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep application details for as long as we are talking with you or working together, and for a reasonable time after for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call or by email, and we will stop contacting you.
- Email colton@motorai.tech to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
